This is an example of the convection that develops with just the temperature profile specified in xopause. Note, this occurs regardless of the values of AMP or AMP2 in codein. The temperature profile is a vertical slice of data at time t = 0 and, since the model begins horizontally homogenized, is basically the "initail T profile"
